🕒 Order Processing Time

  • We usually process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Occasionally, delays may occur due to high order volume or courier issues — but we always strive to ship your orders on time.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • The average delivery time across India is 2 to 6 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier availability, and external factors.

  • As our Western wear products are made to order, the estimated delivery timeline is 10–12 days.

⚡ Same Day Shipping

  • Same Day shipping is available only for prepaid orders in Delhi NCR.

  • We offer same-day delivery in Delhi NCR By Porter ( extra charges are applied ) 

  • For same day delivery reach out us on WhatsApp/ Mail/ Instagram 

📦 Delivery Attempts & RTO

  • Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the order is not accepted and marked RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer-related reasons, a reshipment fee of ₹200 will be applicable.

Note:
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may face delays due to courier handling. For faster service, we recommend placing prepaid orders.

Currently, we don't offer customization options for individual designs. However, we continuously introduce new collections and styles to cater to a variety of tastes.

What is the estimated delivery time for Untamed products?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 5-10 working days to get delivered.
