EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At Untamed Store, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the quality and exclusivity of our gear. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. No Refunds or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellations and refunds are not possible. We do not offer cash or credit refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.
2. 5-Day Exchange Only Policy
While we do not accept returns for refunds, we offer a 5-day exchange window. You have exactly 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Please Note: A flat fee of ₹100 will be borne by the customer to cover exchange shipping costs.
Exchanges are strictly limited to the following scenarios:

Defective or Damaged Goods: The product arrived with a manufacturing fault.

Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.

Size Issues: The item does not fit as expected.
Note: Size-related exchanges can only be performed once per product.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if:

The product is damaged by the customer after delivery.

The exchange request is made after the 5-day window has expired.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange

5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If there is a problem, contact us right away so we can "make it right."

- Use cold water to avoid colour bleed & shrinkage.
- Do not iron the print directly.

Currently, we don't offer customization options for individual designs. However, we continuously introduce new collections and styles to cater to a variety of tastes.

What is the estimated delivery time for Untamed products?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered. International orders take 5-10 working days to get delivered.
